Do not register for the event unless you are certain. Your team will be charged the fee if you register and fail to show for the event.

1. MY TEAM PLAYS IN A SOCCERSIXES LEAGUE
2. I UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE SIGNING UP FOR THE UK SUPER CUP
3. I UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND EXCEPT THAT MY TEAM WILL BE CHARGED SHOULD WE NOT ATTEND THE EVENT
